Check In Policy:
|

Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and before 10 PM. Should you need to arrive after 10 PM when our office is closed, please notify us in advance so we can give you instructions for a late arrival.

Check Out Policy:
|
|
Checkout time is 12 noon so please vacate your room by that time. However, you are welcome to leave your car on the premises so you can continue to enjoy Carmel. You may also enjoy the pool area with showers and dry saunas after the checkout time.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
No charge will be assessed to a reservation if notified more than 72 hours before the arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled within the 72 hours of the arrival, the first nights charge will be assessed. Holidays and special events may have a greater cancellation period.

Families and children are welcome to our family-owned boutique inn.

|
|
An outside agency that is bonded is available for childcare.

Deposit Policy:
|
|
Your reservation is guaranteed by a credit card. It is authorized for the first night's stay 10 days prior to your arrival date. A deposit may be required for special events or holiday periods.

Pets Welcome
|
|
Some of our rooms are dog friendly. There is an additional charge for the pet ($25 per dog per night). Carmel is a dog friendly town where dogs can run off-leash on Carmel Beach. Our gracious staff can recommend restaurants that welcome your pet for lunch and dinner.

Smoking: Outside
|
|
Smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms nor lobby area. However, smoking is permitted on our grounds, in the patio, balconey and pool areas.
