We at the Sandpiper Inn By the Sea Bed & Breakfast would like to welcome you to Carmel, CA. Welcoming guests for 77 yrs, we'd like to make your stay in Carmel a memorable one. We're only steps from Pebble Beach, with its famed golf courses & 17-Mile Drive is only minutes away. Point Lobos State Reserve is only 4 miles to the south of Carmel. Big Sur with its many picturesque features is only 15 miles down the coast. The Monterey Bay Aquarium is an experience you'll never forget. You may want to take a whale watching cruise. For those who want more excitement there's always Laguna Seca Raceway with its Nat'l & Int'l auto and motorcycle competitions.
The Carmel Mission, still functions as a church & school with a museum & gift shop. Carmel as one of the foremost art centers, people come from all over the world in appreciation of its galleries, gourmet restaurants & the famous Carmel Bach Festival. Just blocks from the Sandpiper is the Tor House, the original home of the poet Robinson Jeffers.

Rooms ready by 3 PM, Late check-in on request. Guest is responsible for notifiying the inn by 8 PM on day of arrival so the Inn can make arrangements for the key. |
Check Out Policy: |
Check-out is by 12 noon the day of departure. Checkout after 1 pm is considered another nights stay. |
Cancellation Policy: |
$15 processing fee in all cases of cancellation. 7 day cancellation notice in most cases for all non-holiday or special events. 14 day cancellation notice for holidays and special events. If notice is not given in specified time, the inn keeps 1 night deposit, and guest is responsible for all remaining nights not re-sold. |
