Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, there will be a $25 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more before the scheduled time of arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the innkeepers will diligently try to re-rent the suite. The cancelling guest will be charged one nights rents as a cancelling fee. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date. If the suite is not sucessfully re-rented out the cancelling guest will be charged for the original booking. A gift certificate will be issued for the amount charged minus a one day cancellation fee and a $25.00 per additional day cancellation fee. The gift certificate can be used for a later stay. A cancellation inside of the 7 day period will not be accepted due to weather conditions, such as snow in the Park, weather too hot, too cold or too rainy
