Rosemont is a luxury bed and breakfast with five guest rooms plus three guest cottages located in the heart of Little Rock's downtown historic district. The Inn is on the National Register of Historic Places and began its life in1880 as a gentleman farmer’s in-town estate. Rosemont’s intact interior and complete update artfully bridge the 19th and 21st centuries offering guests all the comforts of a fine Southern home. Our guests enjoy countless amenities plus a gracious breakfast served daily and a beautiful secluded garden.

Centrally located to the city’s business, medical, and entertainment districts, the inn is just four blocks from I-630 connecting with I-40 and I-30.We are just minutes away from all the key areas of the city in Little Rock, Arkansas. Formerly a nearly abandoned warehouse district, this area of downtown Little Rock is now filled with restaurants, retail shops, art galleries, museums, library, bars, seasonal farmers market and holiday events of every description. The River Market District is bordered by Riverfront Park and the Arkansas River. The park stretches 11 blocks and provides an enchanting natural ambiance.

A 5 day cancellation notice for weekends; 3 day for midweek; 10 Day for holidays & multiple room and/or multiple night reservations. Cancellation requirements are not met, the card is charged for the full amount of the reservation; so one day rate required for whole house bookings; 30 day cancellation for balance of stay.
