CLIFF COTTAGE INN, built in the 1880s and now lovingly restored and refurbished, is a magical place in Victorian Eureka Springs and for over a year, has been named the #1 Most Popular B&B in Eureka by TripAdvisor.Com based on guests reviews who have all given the inn the five-star highest rating. The Inn is up on one of those famous Arkansas rock ledges, away from noise or traffic, with off-street parking for all the guests....yet, just 17 steps back down to Main Street and all the shops, galleries and restaurants. The main trolley is at the bottom of the steps in case you want to take a little tour of town.
In its splendid downtown setting, the inn has three houses side by side, each with two private entrance suites: Cliff Cottage, a State and National Historic Landmark built in 1880 and the most photographed house downtown, with two king jacuzzi suites; The Place Next Door,a Victorian replica with two queen jacuzzi suites, and The Artist's Cottage, a 1910 arts & craftsman cottage with two king jacuzzi suites. The Inn also has two individual historic cottages with private hottubs and fully-equipped kitchens, both just a short walk from the main Inn - Oscar Wilde's Cottage, a.1920 art-deco cottage and Zelda's Studio, a 1910 artist's studio.
Whether you're staying at CLIFF COTTAGE INN one night or a week, we can offer you fun things to do for the length of your visit, as optional extras. The innkeeper will gladly reserve seats for you at the Passion Play or Hoedown or arrange horsebackriding,canoe trips down the White River, carriage rides, golf tee times, or a side trip to Branson (it's only 47 miles away...lots of the Inn's guests run over there for the day).

Southern Living did an article on Eureka Springs recently and said, "The breakfasts at Cliff Cottage Inn are NOT to be missed!" We were the only B&B mentioned of note! Innkeeper Sandra learned to cook on an antique woodburning stove in France and she's been a Guest Chef on a CBS-TV Cooking Show. Her 288-page cookbook is filled with all her original recipes and the guests RAVE about her breakfasts!
