Heart of the Hills Inn – bed and breakfast is located on the Historic District Loop, just above the shopping district. A short 3 block walk will have you in the heart of Eureka Springs. Nestled in the Ozark Mountains in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, three 1800s eureka springs cottages, comprised of the Carriage House, Summit Suite and Gabriel’s Apartment make this historic inn a unique lodging experience. We invite you to stay in the carriage house or in one of the private wings of the main eureka springs cottage. Each suite at Heart of the Hills Inn - bed & breakfast and cottages is uniquely and beautifully decorated with a blend of antique and contemporary furnishings that bids you to relax, romance or refresh. Heart of the Hills Inn also includes a full gourmet breakfast each am served in your room or on your private deck/porch. Heart of the Hills now proudly offers for your consideration a romantic, magical, historic eureka springs cottage off premises. Called: Rose Cottage, this Victorian two-story cottage is privately located above historic Sweet Spring amidst giant oak trees with wonderful scenic vistas and a hidden pathway that will lead you to downtown shops and restaurants in moments. You will be going into a magical time warp that will transport you back in time so you can refresh, relax and maybe even find some romance while staying at this Eureka Springs bed & breakfast and cottage. If you saw the movie, Somewhere in Time, then you can imagine what magical experience awaits you at this eureka springs Cottage. Filled with priceless antiques, old chinz fabric covered pillows and chairs, floral hooked rugs and lace curtains Rose Cottage will enchant you in its charm.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to 14 days of arrival, a refund /credit will be given minus a $50.00 re-booking fee (per Suite). Refunds are not given for reservations cancelled within 13 days or less prior to your arrival. A non-transferable voucher (valid for 6 months) will be issued to use for a later reservation minus the $50.00 re-booking fee (per Suite).
Children: Children Welcome
While I respect parents & their children, Heart of the Hills has the theme: relax, romance, refresh and somehow children do not fit in to that theme well.
Deposit Policy:
At time of reservation one night's deposit is required/charged. The balance of your reservation is settled via your credit card on file the day prior to arrival.
No Pets Allowed
While I am a BIG animal lover, out of the respect to my guests I must not allow pets in any of the suites.
Smoking:
There is a 100% No Smoking policy inside the Inn. Smoking is permitted on the verandas only. Be sure the smoke does not get back into your room.
