The Pearl Tatman House, on historic Spring St., is just an enchanting stroll down the Boulevard to downtown. “The Pearl” is a historic, elegantly furnished, completely accessorized, 8 room Queen Anne Victorian that comfortably accommodates six guests. Experience the comfort and seclusion afforded by a complete home: enjoy the full kitchen, formal dinning room, living room, and the three romantic bedrooms, all charmingly furnished with antiques and accessories that create a special, endearing effect.
35 original oil paintings, 16 antique signs, and two large artist's panels foster an eclectic, stimulating ambiance. A memorable experience awaits in the jacuzzi, imaginatively set in the "cold room in the mountain". Two verandas and a stone patio overlook the pond with its two rippling streams that meander down the hill to Spring Street where horse drawn carriages follow the trolley route to town. |

Our institute trained gourmet chef will come to the house in the morning and prepare a gourmet breakfast for up to six guests or drop off a prepared breakfast in the morning or the previous evening to be enjoyed at the guests leisure. Picnic lunch boxes also available.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date for a refund. If cancellation is made less than 14 days before your reservation date you will forfeit the full payment. A $25 booking fee will be deducted from your deposit for all cancellations.
No refunds are available for early departures or no shows.
