CANCELLATION POLICY
**Prior to 13 days of arrival, a refund / credit will be given minus a $69 fee.
**Refunds are not given for reservations canceled 13 days or less prior to your arrival. A non-transferable gift certificate (valid for 6 months) will be issued to use for a later reservation, minus a $89 fee (per Suite) charge. The gift certificate reservation may not be rescheduled after it is made ~ if this occurs, the value of the gift certificate will be forfeited.
