Welcome to the La Zarzuela Bed and Breakfast in Tucson, AZ a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired building with Southwestern accents, with scored concrete floors and walls painted in vibrant hues. With five lovely casitas, La Zarzuela is small enough to provide you the personal level of service we are committed to, yet large enough for the vacationer to meet new people, if you wish.
All casitas are approximately 400 sq. ft., have private entrances and patios overlooking the Sonoran Desert, a private bath (with tub or shower) and appointed with: refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV video and CD player. Three casitas have queen beds, one has a king and another has two twin beds, and all receive daily maid service.
Expansive covered patios are furnished as comfortably as any family room, down to poolside lounging. And the pool and spa look as though they extend right into the surrounding desert.
The inn is open September 15th – June 15th.

A full breakfast is served in our dining room each morning
of your stay. Fresh squeezed juices, fresh fruits and yogurts, breads and pastries are baked in-house and a different Main Dish is prepared for our guests each day
of their stay. Continental Breakfast is served in the
guests Casita on request.

Check In Policy:

Check-In is after 2:00pm
For arrivals after 8:00pm special arrangements must be
made with the Innkeepers.

Check Out Policy:
|

Check-out 12 noon. If you have a late flight you might
like to pay for an extra night and you may have the room
for as long as you need.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
14 days prior to arrival in order that we may have the
chance to re-sell the accommodation. Since we only have
4 units this is very important to us.

Deposit Policy:

The first night's lodging is requested for a stay of 4 nights or more. A Visa or Mastercard with expiration date,
billing address and telelphone number is requested for stays of two nights. We do not offer one night stays. We
have a two night minimum stay.

We have an abundant amount of wildlife on our 15 acres and
our guests have enjoyed the many varieties of birds and hummingbirds that they see when visiting our Inn.

Smoking: Outside

No smoking permitted in any of our buildings. We provide
ashtrays for our guests upon request to be used on the guest's private balconies or patios.
