On your last morning - check out time is 11:00AM.

We have a two night minimum stay, Circumstances permitting; we will accept a 1-night stay with an additional $30.00 surcharge. All rates are for single or double occupancy. In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of one night stay or 50% of your total stay (which ever is greater) with balance due on your arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. Our refund pollicy is: Refunds (less $45.00 fee) are available up to 14 days before your arrival date except for high season/specials/discounts then cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. If cancellation is made after 14 days (60 days during high season/specials/discounts), the entire cost of your stay is due unless we are able TO REBOOK YOUR ROOM FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. We cannot provide refunds for early departures. NO SHOWS/NO CALL Reservations – the guest is responsible for the entire stay. Specials may be terminated at any time and are subject to availability. Specials and discounted rates will be honored only if requested at the time of making reservations. All Special packages are NON-REFUNDABLE.
