Originally built in 1933, the Adobe Rose Bed & Breakfast Inn is located in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood in Central Tucson, just two blocks east of the University of Arizona (UA). Nestled in this architecturally diverse neighborhood, the Adobe Rose Inn is an ideal stop for vacationers and professional travelers alike. For vacationers, we are within walking distance of many of Tucson’s attractions, including museums, shops, UA, and restaurants.

Because we are centrally located and close to major highways, visitors can easily access many of Southeastern Arizona’s parks, caverns, artist colonies, and golf courses. The professional traveler can walk to UA, drive to downtown in 5 – 10 minutes or to the airport in 20 minutes.
