Come visit Elden House Bed & Breakfast inn of Flagstaff, Arizona, which caters to guests seeking a cool mountain getaway to the Grand Canyon in summer, or the perfect cozy starting point for a great escape in fall or winter. Our B&B is located in the tall pines with panoramic views of Mount Elden. Hike, sight-see, or enjoy quiet leisure with a good book on your private balcony or in the garden. Elden House Bed and Breakfast is located east of Flagstaff, AZ, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Each morning, a delicious gourmet breakfast is served in our dining room, or weather permitting on the patio in the garden. Linger over that last cup of coffee and enjoy delightful conversation with other guests or plan your day of relaxing. In winter, curl up and relax by the fireplace in your room or in the common room with a book from our guest library.

Your breakfast may include fresh fruit, fruit juices, a selection of muffins and a hot specialty. A typical weekend's menu might be: Saturday: raspberry breakfast parfait, Mediterranean Fritata, crisp bacon, fruit juice, fresh ground and brewed regular coffee or decaf, cocoa, hot tea, or milk. Sunday: Fresh fruits, eggs benedict, hash brown potatoes, fresh baked muffins, fruit juice, fresh ground and brewed regular coffee or decaf, cocoa, hot tea, or milk.

Policies
Check In Policy:
Payment in full is due upon arrival. Check in time is 4:00 - 6:00 PM. Please call the host with an approximate time if at all possible, and definitely if you need to arrive later. (866) 44ELDEN (866-443-5336). For check-in after 9 pm, there is a $35 late check-in fee. For check in before 4:00 PM, there is a $25 early check in fee.
Check Out Policy:
Check out time is 11:00 AM.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are allowed with a full refund if received 15 days in advance of scheduled arrival date. Cancellations need to be made 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit less a $15 cancellation fee. For holidays or special local events, the cancellation period will be 7 days in advance. Reservations made less than 15 days in advance are non-cancelable and require full payment at the time the reservation is made. Deposits will be refunded if the room can be re-rented.

Deposit Policy:
A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total stay is needed to hold the room. This can be done by credit card, personal check, or travelers' check. If you are making a reservation less than one week out, you can use a credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Pets Welcome
Pets under 25 pounds are welcome. The charge for a pet is $10 per night. Pets cannot be left unattended on the property or in your room. Arrangements can be made for pet sitting during your all day excursion for an additional fee. We have a large, fully fenced backyard. Pets must be on a leash at all times. No anti-social pets. Owners must clean up after their pets. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Owners may wish to supply their preferred pet food.
Pets Living At Inn: Yes
Sugar (the Inn's Malteese) is the real owner of the Inn. She is also part of the welcoming committee and has never met a guest she doesn't like. Sugar has a new little sister -- Mandy is an adorable Shi Tsu who loves to untie shoe laces.
Smoking: No
Due to our proximity to the National Forest, Elden House is a SMOKE-FREE facility INSIDE AND OUT.
