The Conifer House Bed & Breakfast Inn in Flagstaff, Arizona is a comfortable, peaceful retreat amid giant blue spruce trees and rustling aspens that allows you to kick back and relax, read a good book, take a hike, ride a mountain bike (on some of the best trails in the country), OR... soak in your own private Jacuzzi whirlpool bath and/or indulge yourself in a sumptuous breakfast and afternoon treats.
This uniquely Flagstaff bed and breakfast has four distinctively different guest rooms that are decorated in styles that remind the innkeeper, Lauren, of some of her favorite places. Each one of our rooms has an extermely comfortable bed (three with king-sized beds and one with a queen-sized bed) elegantly dressed in soft 100% cotton linens. Rooms come equipped with their own private ensuite bath with a 2-person Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
Conifer House also provides complimentary high-speed, wireless internet for your convenience that can be accessed either in the public areas or in your room. Your full breakfast may include fresh fruits, fruit smoothie, yogurt/fruit/granola parfait, juices, a freshly baked selection, and a main entree delivered to your table either in the main gathering room, on the rear patio or in the courtyard. Oh, and there's freshly ground and brewed gourmet coffee, too! |

Check -in is between 4 and 6 p.m. - please call with an approximate time if at all possible, and definitely if you need to arrive later. Earlier or later check-ins will be gladly accommodated when possible. |

Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellations need to be made 7 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit less a $15 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date: the policy will be specified for you on your reservation confirmation. Cancellation period changes to two weeks notice for groups/weddings that are reserving the entire inn and other holiday & local event weekends. |

Although the innkeepers LOVE children, they have designed it with couples in search of a romantic retreat and cannot accommodate the little ones. Children are allowed if a group is reserving the entire inn -- check with the innkeeper for specifics. |
Deposit Policy: |
A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total stay (or entire amount of a one-night stay) needs to be paid to Conifer House two weeks prior to your arrival date. This can be done by personal check, travelers' checks or by credit card (we accept Visa and MasterCard.) Balance, if any, is then due upon arrival. If you would like to make a reservation for a time period that is less than 7 days out, please give us a call at the toll-free phone number for faster service. |

I really liked the atmosphere, and since the inn was in a residential neighborhood, it was secluded and quiet. We also could do some good walking at night, and it was only a few miles out of town. I would recommend for sure!

This was a great stop on our trip. We enjoyed the quiet. Being from Southern California, quiet is a luxery we dont get very often. The room we stayed in was perfect. We will return.
