The Annabel Inn Bed & Breakfast is nestled between Sedona and Jerome, in Cottonwood's Historic Old Town District known for its Out West Main Street antique shops, restaurants and galleries. What once was a bootleggin' town of cat houses now has bead shops, European and artisan bakeries, biker and sport's bars, the new Old Town Center for the Arts, and jewelry and tattoo shops. If you are lucky, you will even spot one of the free-roaming peacocks on the North side of town. The sunsets are beautiful, the sky is wide open and the surrounding country has inspired many artists to dream.
Just 10 minutes to Jerome, 15 to Page Springs and 20 to Sedona, this 3-Leaf rated Green B&B, has won numerous awards including the 2009 Reader's Choice for Best B&B of the Verde Valley, and the 2009-2010 Best of the Southwest.
The serenity and beauty of the land, and the rich native culture are what bring so many people to the area. The Verde River snakes along Old Town and then through the Verde Valley, providing migrating routes for birds, and supplying the Valley with recreational activities such as fishing, swimming, canoeing, bird watching, or just dipping your toes in. It also provides the perfect environment for the ever-expanding Winery Trail here.
I created The Annabel Inn as a place for people to have respite on their journey. Come put up your feet in the living room, sink into the down couches and read awhile. Rest on top quality sheets, memory foam toppers, and down alternative pillows. Any time of day enjoy complimentary juices, water and cookies. The Annabel Inn is a central, but affordable, location from which to explore our stunning Verde Valley and all it has to offer. It is also the first Bed and Breakfast ever established in Cottonwood and still the only one in Old Town! |

I use cheeses from Holland, espresso from Italy, jams from France, dark breads from Germany, and to add the touch of the Midi-Pyrenees I like to always have some fresh herbs from the garden. Because there are so many specific diets these days, please let me know your dietary preferences and I will accommodate you.

What a hidden treasure the Annabel Inn is and how lucky we were to find it. Annabel is a great hostess and goes out of her way to make sure that the food is top notch. We enjoyed the wi-fi aspect of the inn, so you can take your work along if you need to. The property is well-maintained, and it's nice to have a host who cares about organic and green living. Annabel is a great host, and she has many connections with the proprietors of Old Town Cottonwood. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to being return guests!

Annabel was very pleasant, interesting, helpful and a great cook. The breakfasts were elegant and delicious. The other two couples were a great match and we all had a lovely time in getting to know one another. New friends for sure. Will stay again in the future for a weekend getaway. This was an anniversary weekend and really enjoyed the Verde Canyon Ride and the Blazing M Ranch. The train is really exceptional and highly recommended.

This was probably the best B and B I have ever stayed in. The hostess was spectacular and made the whole experience wonderful. She has a lovely place with relaxing gardens.

WOW! For our first experience with a B & B we sure picked the perfect spot!!! Annabel was the perfect hostess. Cheerful, pleasant, great conversationalist. Just absolutely amazing. The Annabel Inn is just blocks away from the historic Old Town Cottonwood, AZ with nice antique shops and eatery's. The inn has three rooms and was most comfortable. Linens and beds were unbelievably comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Annabel prepared our breakfast each morning and it was amazing! Fresh fruit, fresh baked chocolate croissants, fresh made omelets. Unbelievable! And the best thing??? QUIET!!! WOW, coming from the big city the peace and quiet of this inn was incredible. We enjoyed our evenings out on the patio and just was thrilled with every aspect of our stay. Thank you, Annabel, for making our first B & B experience totally amazing. We will see you again soon!!
