Successfully serving the corporate and casual traveler for over ten years, River Wynde Bed & Breakfast is conveniently located in the heart of Kensington village in Calgary, minutes away from parks, the river and the downtown core. Located in a restored character home built in 1911, River Wynde is situated on a peaceful gated street but is a few steps away from unique shops, over 35 restaurants, banks and grocery stores, and miles of running and bike paths.
The house is carefully appointed with vintage and character furniture and surrounded by beautiful gardens to linger in. Each room is decorated around a seasonal theme and contains everything to make your stay a great experience. Hardwood floors run throughout the house and there are two rooms on the second floor with private balconies. We provide parking for our guests- both on and off street options are available.
Many amenities are included in your stay: laundry and ironing service, free local phone calls, comfortable bathrobes and slippers, luxury hair care products and soaps, gourmet hot breakfast served at your convenience, wireless internet throughout the property with a workstation for guest use, full cable television in-room with a library of DVD and video titles for your use. |
