Wildlife abounds in the forest surrounding Alaska's North Country Castle...often wandering in view of your own suite...sometimes coming so close you could reach out and touch them, if you dared! This MOOSE was most interested in our geranium plant. Earlier in the year, we had a pair of LYNX frolicking on the deck and nearby!

The Suite, on a private wing, includes a large private bath, a balconied sitting area overlooking the guest living room, and a small balcony deck viewing the entry gardens and the nearby mountains.
