The Grounds

Special Events Headquarters
The Crenshaw property is ideal for group events. The Main House, and/or the entire property is available for exclusive use for your special event. Provided a minimum of 3 rooms are booked, exclusive use of the Main House is available. The Main House features a total of 7 beds. The entire property is available for exclusive use for your special event, provided 5 rooms are booked. The entire property features 15 beds. The property can easily host luncheon groups and/or dinner parties of up to 30 people. Of course, a full hot breakfast is included each day. Call today for availability.

Garden Room

Bay Suite
The Bay Room is available as a single room or a suite. The room features heart pine flooring and 12 foot bead-board ceiling. There is one queen and one twin-sized bed. The private bath includes a claw foot tub and dressing area separate from the room. If the Bay Room is utilized as a suite, there is an adjoining conversation room with a sofa and three chairs. Sufficient room allows for air beds to be used to sleep more guests.

Walnut Room
The Walnut Room is located at the front of the Main House facing College Street. The room features heart pine floors, 12 foot high ceilings, and one queen-sized bed. The Walnut Room is furnished with Victorian era antiques. The private bath includes a claw foot tub.

Tiger Room
Our Tiger Room is located on the back half of the property insuring more privacy and convenience. This room features a kitchenette complete with a kitchen sink, full size refrigerator, and microwave. For sleeping accommodations there is one queen sized bed.

Tiger's Kitchen Area

Carriage House Room
The Carriage House Room is the oldest room on the property. The structure was built on th property and housed Dr. Crenshaw during the construction of the Main House. The rustic cottage style structure is located behind the Main House. In addition to primary sleeping room featuring a queen bed, there is a side room with a twin bed which adjoins the private bath. The bath has standard tub/shower facilities. Above the main queen bed, there is a loft which has a queen mattress, which is a favorite sleeping location for the more agile, typically young guests. This room can sleep 4-5 guests.

Carriage House's Mini Kitchen
Also included in the Carriage House is a mini kitchen including a kitchen sink, full size refrigerator, and a microwave.

The Studio
Our Studio Room is located on the back half of the property insuring more privacy and convenience. For sleeping accommodations there are two queen sized beds.

The Studio's Bath & Kitchen
This room features a mini kitchen complete with a kitchen sink, full size refrigerator, and microwave. Also included in this room is a standard bath/tub bathroom, as well as a sink in the common room, perfect for families getting ready for the big game.
