Festival of Lights
Kick off your hiloday season at the Captain Lindsey House with our Festical of Lights Package. Santa arrives on Friday afternnon via the Caost Guard boat to signal the beginning of festivities and the worlds largest "Lobster Trap Tree" is lit at dusk, On Saturday, the downtown merchants put on an "Eat, Drink and be Merry" all afternoon where they offer holiday sales sand food and drink offerings. The afternoon is completed by a Hiliday House tour which benefits the Rockland Public Library and features all of the Historic inns decked in their holiday finery and other private homes in Rockland. Saturday night brings the Light Parade, a bonfire and caroling at the Public Landing. Package includes canned food for your favorite float in the parade, two tickets to the Holiday House Tour, a shopping bag filled with wrapping paper, tape and ribbon for the gifts you buy and a lesson in fancy gift wrapping from Captain Ken Barnes - a master mariner, pie maker, and gift wrapper.

Pies on Parade
Join the Captain Lindsey House for our 6th annual Pies on Parade Inn to Inn Tour in celebration of National Pie Day. This is a two day event with 15 stores and restaurants in Rockland joing us to treat you to the finest of pies. Two tickets to the two day event, two personal pies to take home, our HIOR cookbook, and a commemorative Pies on Parade Poster. Saturday tour all the venues but the inns. Use a $50.00 voucher at any participating restaurant plus two dessert vouchers for pie.Partake in an invitation only wine and Pie Tasting at the Wine Seller. Tour the Maine Lighthouse Museum featuring "Lite Pies". Sunday tour the inns and be treated to a large variety of scrumptious pies. Two night packages range from $385 to $437 per couple with a 25 percent discount on the third night.
