Martine Inn - Winemaker Dinners
1st We start with the Winemaker selecting 5 – 7 of his finest wines. They are sent to us to taste and review. 2nd Our committee tastes the wines and creates the pairings. This committee includes Don Martine, the Owner, 30 years a wine connoisseur, Lori Anderson, the General Manager, 10 years at the Martine Inn, Anne Ross, the Event Coordinator, 18 years with the wine industry, and the Chef, Ismael Vizcaya Diaz, 16 years at the Martine Inn. 3rd Each winemaker dinner menu is custom designed to pair the 5 - 7 courses with specially selected wines. Recipes are created to complement the Winemaker’s choice of wines. We have no regular menu so all food pairings are created solely to go with that wine. All food is purchased and prepared fresh for that evening’s event only. See the rest of what this package includes on our website.

Fees Up to fifty guests Fifty to one hundred and twenty-five guests (plus ... must book the entire Inn) $1000 $1500+ * No date can be confirmed until the above fee is paid. The use fees are non refundable and for that date only. * All prices for flowers, music, decorations, minister, photographer, beverages, and food are in addition to the use fee. A wedding created at Martine Inn is a personal statement of your individuality.
