The next floor down has 2 /one bedroom with en-suite bathroom suites all with A/C, TV/DVD/WIFI, queen pillow top beds, one has a couch and chair sitting area with mini fridge, the third suite has two bedrooms with a shared bath and shared kitchenette (family suite) all with the same amenities as the other rooms but with full view of the islands from any room.
The first floor has the owners quarters with 7X7 super shower and bath, custom King bed and same amenities, a 10 X 20 laundry room with washer/dryer, folding ironing area, large kitchen for B&B with Island bar for eat-in 3 sinks , dishwasher, stove, fridge, the living room has huge leather couch and love chair, entertainment center, and the dining room has a large table which expands for 10 and a table for two, as well it has a tea station, a coffee station in front of the mantle of the fireplace. The huge hall way connects to the office and the storage room and the common 2 piece bathroom for guests and staff.
The door way leads down to the basement level which is at street level on water street where the Irish pub is and contains a 32X38ft commercial kitchen with full stainless steel hood and fire systems, dishwasher, fridges, beer cooler (11X6), beer line cooler, stainless steel tables, shelving etc. This leads past 2/ two piece bathrooms for the pub and then the pub rooms are 18X18 and 18X20 with all pub taps, signs etc. seating for 50, and the south veranda is licensed for 24.
