Beautiful Inn with guest rooms and dining facility, on the waters of Lake Michigan, on Washington Island in Wisconsin's Door County.

Property Description: The inn is located on 250 feet of Lake Michigan shore frontage, actually facing Detroit Harbor on Washington Island. Our main building, Holiday Inn, faces the water while our secondary building, Holiday Too, is across the street from the main Inn but does not have a lake view. There are two garages we use for storage, both of lawn equipment and food. Holiday House is a five bedroom home that can be utilized as an owner's residence. There are about 4.85 acres of property surrounding the inn and a town road, the inn Road, which leads directly from main road to the inn.

Our inn has 8 rooms facing the lake (Holiday Inn) and, in a separate building, 8 rooms that do not face the lake (Holiday Too). Our dining room can accommodate up to 100 customers and our kitchen is a fully operational commercial kitchen with a walk-in cooler and freezer plus all the equipment to serve a full menu. We presently operate seasonally, May through October, but the facility can operate year round.

Our price is $895,000.00 negotiable. We would consider a land contract but would prefer a conventional sale. We would consider working together for a season with a new owner to "show him or her the ropes." We would expect to be compensated for this service. The preferable closing date would be best before the summer season starts in late April or early May.
