The Belding House Bed & Breakfast Moretown, VT

The Belding House is the most outstanding B & B I know, thanks to the friendly innkeepers' thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Exquisite food, elegance and many extras, such as free wine, appetizers, dessert & homemade cookies, robes, nice jazz, etc. (The only minuses were the high price and a too-soft feather bed.) Be sure to spend some time talking to Clif and Larry. The essence of hospitality; not just a stay but a true experience.

Rosewood Country Inn Bradford, NH

This romantic country inn is beautiful, charming and comfortable. It is exquisitely decorated, down to the smallest details. Lush flower gardens and a private pond add to the beauty. The inn keepers are friendly. A multi-course hot breakfast is served with relaxing music and pleasant views. A soggy waffle was the only minus in a highly enjoyable stay.
