Unhappy with stay - owners less than hospitable.

We are certainly shocked by LeeAnn and Randy's review ~ from working with them to accommodate their request for an early check-in, to arranging for champagne & roses en-Suite upon arrival, to creating a custom picnic basket for two, to arranging massages, to arranging a carriage ride and hosting them in our Home for 3 days while tending to their every need, as we do with all of our guests.....we truly do not know what else we could have done!
