Despite of my work experience in several luxury hotels as 'Quality and Service Manager', I prefer staying in B&B's because of the personal service, the spacious rooms, the extra facilities and the price/quality relationship. Our stay with Karen and Paul not only confirmed the above mentioned aspects but sufficed a lot more. Great advise and suggestions on transportation, events, eateries and other tourist information and a great spacious room with central location in a peacefull neighboarhood with fantastic garden, within walking distance of nice shops, restaurants and the city centre. I can highly recommend this B&B and would not want to stay anywhere else when coming back to NYC.
