Pilot Knob Inn Pilot Mountain, NC

We have been to the Pilot Knob Inn 3 or 4 times since 2001. Each time we go it's like our first, i always worry that it won't be as good as the last time, But it always is. We have stayed in the Pilot Knob Suite each time because it has a Hot tub under the stars. It has rained on us and it has been below freezing before; you would think that that would ruin the stay but it has only added to it. We have had a chance thanks to the staff to look at all the suites and cabins and one day we plan to stay in a different one there. All of the rooms have privacy and it's own romantic feel. The owers are very personal and respectfull of your time with them. The Suite we stayed in was clean and welcoming. The Hot Tub is clean and exactly what you expect. if you over heat it with the temp. controls on the tub. There is a waterhose outside to help control it, a added touch is that the Tub has colored lights in it and you can set it to change colors or you can pick a color. I could write about this place forever, but my husband says people might not read it if it is too long. And we want everyone to give this place a chance. Thanks Crystal and Jay.
