We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We knew when we started rennovations that being on the road was good for visibility, but bad for road traffic noise. We hired an landscape architect who suggested the row of trees to buffer the sound. Our two busiest weekends in Schroon Lake are 4th of July and Labor Day because of the town activities. If you came back today, you'd notice quite a change! I am sorry that I have no control over how many cars pass by and hope you'll return on a less busy weekend. Nancy
