This is an incredible opportunity of a lifetime! Gently lift off into an adventure where you’ll experience the scenic vistas of the Alabama Gulf Coast from a whole new vantage point! You will want the camera ready to capture on film all the incredible views offered on this adventure. In years to come it will remind you of all you were able to take in from your private Hot Air Balloon ride. Leave your cares on the ground and marvel at the serenity of being close to the clouds. Float over the countryside with virtually no sense of motion and the only noise is the occasional hiss of the burner.
The flight is scheduled by the B&B in conjunction with your room reservations of which you will receive a confirmation. The experience is generally a three hour time period in the mornings(6-9am) or evenings(3-6pm) with 45 minutes minimum of air time.
Add $550.00 to your TWO NIGHT room rate. Prices good through 12/31/13 and include Friday PM, Sat AM & PM rides.
Sunday rides are reserved for rescheduling weather related cancellations and cannot be booked in advance.

Marriage License: To be married in California, you must obtain a wedding license within California. It takes approximately one hour to complete the paperwork and the license may be obtained the same day as your ceremony. The Napa County Recorder's office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and within walking distance of Churchill Manor. 1.) A single payer pays half of the total invoice for everyone three months in advance. This serves to block rooms and suites from being reserved by others. The minimum number of rooms or suites included in each tailor made package is five. Call the Innkeeper Rose-Aimee Butler (260 422-0851) to discuss your requests or special needs, including gatherings in our common areas (but not in a single room or suite) without extra charge. The attentive wedding or family reunion planning that takes place with Rose-Aimee before room or suite reservations and costs $150. When you actually reserve, the $150 will not be lost but will apply towards your payment for rooms and suites.
2.) One month before the wedding the other half of the invoice is to be paid.
3.) Refund Policy: Up to one month before the wedding the total received will be refunded except for a 20% handling charge. Up to two months before the event, everything received will be refunded except for a 10% handling charge.
4.) In our main 1901 LaSalle House, two suites each accommodate up to four adult guests, except for the possibility of a fifth guest being a young child in a crib. The Mediterranean Room accommodates up to three or possibly four adult guests with twin beds. Three other rooms have a queen bed each, and two smaller rooms that have a double bed each. Every room or suite has its own private bathroom, some with in-suite bathrooms and others have robes for guest use when a bathroom is not in the room.
5.) The 1842 Sion Bass House Spa, a protected historical site, has six units. One unit is a suite with two sleeping rooms with queen rooms. The others are rooms with queen or king beds. All have elegant in-suite bathrooms, including twice overall the number of jaccuzies of any downtown hotel Children younger fifteen are welcome in the LaSalle house rather than in the immediately adjacent Sion Bass House. This house has one suite with two queen beds accommodating up to four guests. Each room, with either a king bed, queen bed, or two twin beds, accommodates up to two guests, or four in the case of the suite. See our website for a full list of amenities.
6.) Discount Policy: 1.The total package price is calculated with a 10% discount for every party registering for one or two nights, with a minimum of five rooms. 2. Alternatively, the entire Sion Bass House, can be rented with the lobby for one or two nights with rooms and suites offered at a 10% discount from the regular rate.

The Rookwood Inn is a perfect setting for small, intimate weddings and other celebrations. Most weddings are small events, up to 40 people. The couple, their families and friends, take over the inn for two nights. Upon arrival guests are treated to welcome refreshments. A rehearsal dinner may be served at the inn or at many of the fine restaurants in Lenox. The wedding is usually held the next day with a reception following either at the Inn or in one of the nearby restaurants.
The Innkeeper and Assistant Innkeeper are available to help you plan your dream wedding. Innkeeper, Amy Lindner-Lesser, is a Massachusetts licensed Justice of the Peace, and is available to officiate at your individually designed wedding. We can assist you with our knowledge of local resources for an officiant, florist, photographer, wedding cake, other essential service as well as any other special touches to make your wedding dreams come true. We have excellent relationships with the finest in the area ~ guaranteed to satisfy your tastes and budget.
Elopements and intimate weddings (less than 10 people) are available at all times and do not require a minimum stay. The Rookwood Inn is available for larger weddings and celebrations from the end of October through mid June.
Justice of the Peace, Amy Lindner-Lesser is available to perform your marriage at any Berkshire County location.

What could be better, and more picturesque, than a Victorian house with gardens, a wide front porch, and cozy fireplaces as the location for your Central New Jersey wedding, family reunion, or even a corporate event? We hold a number of indoor and outdoor weddings and receptions at The Pillars each year, ranging in size from 15 to 150 people. The styles of our celebrations vary, from a front porch afternoon tea, to a small cocktail party, to a Texas-style BBQ under a tent in the back. Our facilities are beautiful when dressed up and formal, but they are equally appealing for a relaxed home-style gathering.
For a property rental, we have two levels available: a house-only rental at $100 an hour, and a full-property rental at $200 an hour. We charge one hour as a booking fee, add one hour for set up, and one hour for clean up to the duration of your reception. For corporate meetings, we charge $100 an hour for the use of the first floor of the house, and we can arrange coffee breaks and luncheons if you wish.
We have a general limit of 50 people for a house-only rental, and 150 people for a full-property rental, but that limit may be smaller depending on the style of your event. With a house-only rental we can accommodate about 20 guests for a sit-down dinner, 30 for a buffet style with people carrying plates and glasses, and 50 for a cocktail style, with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Melrose Inn wedding parties are indeed welcome. We have numerous options available and the staff loves to customize our facility, grounds, and meals to meet with your preferences and budget. We have both indoor and outdoor locations to select from. We have abundant space to host your reception or formal sit down dinner. Menu and service options will be customized to make your event perfect.
We have several “photo locations” perfect for capturing the bride and groom. The indoor wedding room allows for a long walk down the isle to display the brides and groom as they come together! Our indoor wedding chamber is 15’ X 40’ and full of natural light. We will custom decorate the alter area in order to feature the wedding colors you have selected. The formal wedding chamber is visible from and adjacent to the large dinning room – providing a sense of spacious comfort and a natural flow for all guests.

The Graystone Inn offers an Elopement Package, Sunday through Thursday. In consideration of other guests in the inn, we require that the ceremony and toast conclude by 5:30 pm. Our Elopement Package continues to be a very popular package and includes:
Two nights accommodation for the bride and groom in the Bridgers or Burgwin-Wright rooms (based on availability) and a full breakfast each morning of your stay.
One dinner for the bride and groom at one of two popular downtown restaurants. Choose an appetizer, entre, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage (gratuity not included).
Ceremony for up to a total of 10 people in either the dining room/parlor or the side garden. The dining room and adjacent parlor are the perfect place for a small wedding ceremony. These rooms can be shut off from the rest of the inn for complete privacy. The garden space consists of a covered veranda and a lower brick patio. In the event of rain, the ceremony can easily be moved to the dining room/parlor. You provide the minister or magistrate.
Champagne toast for you and your guests.
Please note: If you wish to bring a wedding cake, we will provide dishes, silverware, napkins and cake-cutter for a small additional fee.

We are located on two hundred quiet, country acres. The plantation offers several locations for your ceremony and many sites inside and out for your wedding photographs. We have a carefully restored 16,000 square foot plantation house complete with columned front and rear porticos. Ten public rooms on the main floor allow ample room for your guests. A large terrace and a ballroom offer space for dancing. Our beautiful staircase and other architectural details make lovely backdrops for your photographs. We can accommodate receptions from thirty to two hundred guests. We also have eleven bedrooms, all with private baths, for your out-of-town guests to use for your special week end. A separate cottage provides an additional two rooms and baths which will accommodate four more guests. The secluded bridal suite is perfect for the newlywed couple to spend their wedding night. The bridal suite (which normally rents for $250 per night) is provided for the bride the night before the wedding and for the bride and groom on their wedding night, at no additional charge. All guest rooms must be rented for a minimum of two nights when the event is on a weekend. Room prices are on our web site. Brides get a 10% discount on all rooms for both nights, for nights prior to their event, and for post event visits (like Anniversaries). Of course, a full breakfast is provided to all those guests staying at Mayhurst.
Indoor seating capabilities are: Dining Room - 30. Our outdoor Ceremony and Reception locations can accommodate up to 300 people. The Patio seats 64 comfortably for a reception. Ample parking is available.
We provide our brides with a complete "recommended" vendor list that includes caterers, florists, photographers, wedding cake vendors, Ministers or Wedding Celebrants, musicians, and other services. We are happy to assist you with making arrangements.
The Premises Site Fee for the use of the Mayhurst Manor House and our 37 Acres for a weekend is dependent on the number of guests. The site fee covers the period from 2:00 PM on Friday to 12:00 Noon on Sunday and includes Tent, Tent lighting, Tables and Chairs. The site fee does NOT cover room costs.
