To make your private wedding at The Gastonian as easy as possible, we've put together an all-inclusive Elopement Package. Choose our private garden courtyard or our elegant parlor as the background for your romantic wedding ceremony. The ceremony can be scheduled any time between noon and 2:30 in the afternoon, and on any day of the week that you prefer. A simple, yet stunning bridal bouquet created with a dozen roses in the color of your choice for the Bride, and a coordinating boutonniere for the Groom.

What could be better, and more picturesque, than a Victorian house with gardens, a wide front porch, and cozy fireplaces as the location for your Central New Jersey wedding, family reunion, or even a corporate event? We hold a number of indoor and outdoor weddings and receptions at The Pillars each year, ranging in size from 15 to 150 people. The styles of our celebrations vary, from a front porch afternoon tea, to a small cocktail party, to a Texas-style BBQ under a tent in the back. Our facilities are beautiful when dressed up and formal, but they are equally appealing for a relaxed home-style gathering.
For a property rental, we have two levels available: a house-only rental at $100 an hour, and a full-property rental at $200 an hour. We charge one hour as a booking fee, add one hour for set up, and one hour for clean up to the duration of your reception. For corporate meetings, we charge $100 an hour for the use of the first floor of the house, and we can arrange coffee breaks and luncheons if you wish.
We have a general limit of 50 people for a house-only rental, and 150 people for a full-property rental, but that limit may be smaller depending on the style of your event. With a house-only rental we can accommodate about 20 guests for a sit-down dinner, 30 for a buffet style with people carrying plates and glasses, and 50 for a cocktail style, with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. We offer an elegant event venue and can accommodate an intimate wedding in our 1840’s Vintage Bed & Breakfast. Our common areas are beautifully appointed, and provide an intimate and comfortable environment for your special event. We can accommodate an Indoor Weddings up to 20 people during the cold weather season and Garden weddings during the colorful Fall weather permitting.
The wedding couple will have the private use of Vintage Gardens Bed & Breakfast the day of the wedding and late check-out the next day. We also offer a reduced rate for your wedding guests if you choose to reserve a room for them at Vintage Gardens.
Our Winter Wedding Package is $900 and New York requires that we charge an additional 8% sales tax for all events.

The cost of holding an intimate wedding ceremony at Vintage Gardens is $900 for weddings with 1-20 guests. This fee includes time for a 2 hour photo shoot prior to wedding (date and time to be mutually agreed upon), and 5 hours total for the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception. The maximum number of guests allowed is 20 people.
*Please note that Vintage Gardens is not handicap accessible. Additional fees apply for any other related rentals.

The Victorian Tudor Inn can accommodate a variety of weddings, from small wedding parties of 6 to larger parties of 125 guests. The house, containing two different distinct public areas, each with its own special fireplace and ambiance, can comfortably accommodate smaller wedding gatherings from 6-35 people. The grounds can accommodate up to 125 guests. Private, off-street parking is provided. Valet parking can be arranged.
It is recommended that you speak and meet with one of our staff members to personally design your special wedding package. We have unique vendors who can provide a variety of wedding props and designer style discounted wedding gowns (Fairy Tale Weddings), caterers (Blue Ribbon Catering, Oddo Catering), and flowers. We can also arrange for wedding cakes, tents, horse and buggy and other miscellaneous needs.
Our horse and carriage vendor has several options. Check-out their web site at www.windyhollowfarm.us. We can also arrange for a state authorized and licensed Wedding Officiate.
Also, available for our wedding guests is a 2007 white Cadillac DTS and/or a beautifully restored 1937 Powder Chevy Street Rod.
There is a cost, in addition to the room rate, for use of the Inn and/or grounds for weddings. We do have special pricing for our guests who reserve the Inn's rooms for the night before and/or night of the wedding. With advance notice, the entire Inn and all its facilities, can be rented for your family and wedding party. The Inn can accommodate 12-14 overnight guests.

The Manor has 4 rooms, each with a queen-size bed and it's own private bathroom. Our fifth room is a suite, consisting of one room with a queen-size bed and another with two twin beds. These two rooms share a bathroom. Reserving the entire Manor creates a more intimate occasion for you and your wedding party, without the unpleasant interruptions of other guests.
