Choco-Mania Cake [rate this recipe]
Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 3 ounces baking chocolate, melted 1/4 cup flour 3 eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions: Cream the butter and sugar. Add the chocolate, eggs and vanilla, Blend well and the add the flour.Fold in till blended. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and then serve. You can also cover it for the next day and heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds and then serve with vanilla ice cream and the whipped cream.
