Ingredients: 4 to 6 peaches, sliced in half with pits removed. one bag of Biscotti cookies 1/4 cup of almonds 2 tablespoons of Cherry Brandy 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions: In Cuisant, pulse Biscotti cookies and almonds together until coarse crumbs. Add cherry brandy & melted butter. Pulse 2-3 times. Crumbs will start to hold together. Make a small “pit stone” of the biscotti mixture and place in each peach half. Drizzle with a tiny bit of melted butter on each peach. Bake in glass dish at 325 F for about 20 minutes. Serve with a dollop of creme fraiche.
