Ingredients: You don't have to wait until October to serve these tasty waffles. 2 cups of buttermilk waffle mix. I prefer "Krusteaz" available at Cosco 1 cup water - You may have to adjust the amount of water to give a good consistency 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1 teaspoon real vanilla
Directions: ---- Mix all ingredients together. Pour batter on heated waffle iron. Sprinkle top with chopped Pecans Bake on a Belgium waffle maker until hot and toasty Serve sprinkled with Pecans and hot Vermont Maple Syrup.
