Our Cherry Blossom Cookie Recipe [rate this recipe]
Ingredients: ½ Stick of butter ¼ Cup sugar ½ Cup brown sugar 1 Egg ½ Teaspoon vanilla 1 Tablespoon corn syrup 1 Teaspoon salt 1 Cup quick oats 1 ½ Cups flour ¾ Teaspoon baking soda 1 Teaspoon apple pie spice ½ Cup chopped dried cherries ¾ Cup white chocolate chunks or dark chocolate chips
Directions: Beat butter with sugar, brown sugar & corn syrup. Add in egg & vanilla, beat well. In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda, apple pie spice & oats. Add flour mixture to cream mixture. Mix together. Fold in dried cherries and white chocolate. Use a tablespoon to scoop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 14 minutes or until golden brown.
