Victoria's Cookies [rate this recipe]
Ingredients:

1/2 (one half) Cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 box of cake mix (any kind)
Directions:

Using wooden spoon, mix above 3 ingredients together in a bowl. Add 1 cup ingredients of choice such as raisins, nuts, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, dried cranberries.

Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Let cool on rack 3 minutes. Remove from baking sheet.
Makes 2 and 1/2 dozen cookies.
