Cinnamony Apple Streusel Bars [rate this recipe]
Ingredients:

1 cups all-purpose flour
1 cups graham cracker crumbs
cup packed brown sugar; divided
cup (1 sticks) butter, melted
cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 apples, cored, peeled and chopped (about 2 cps)
Glaze (recipe follows)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, cup brown sugar, butter, granulated sugar and cinnamon in large bowl until well blended. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 8 minutes. Remove from oven; set aside.

Toss remaining cup brown sugar with apples in medum bowl until sugar is dissolved; spoon apples over baked crust. Sprinkle reserved 1 cup crumb mixture over filling. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender. Remove pan to wire rack; cool completely. Drizzle with Glaze; let stand until set. Cut into bars. Makes 3 dozen bars

Glaze: Combine cup powdered sugar and 1 Tablespoon milk in small bowl until well blended.
