Home-made Crackers [rate this recipe]
Ingredients:

Use a basic white bread dough recipe
from any bread cookbook or use frozen
white bread dough (thawed).
Kosher salt & extra flour for rolling out dough.
Misting water bottle.
Directions:

Pull off a handful of dough & roll very thin
on a floured table & place on ungreased
cookie sheet. Score with a rolling cutter into
squares - don't separate the squares.
Repeat more handfuls on more pans for
larger batches. Sprinkle each sheet with
Kosher salt, then mist each sheet with
a little water to make salt adhere.
Bake at 325* for 1/2 hour or more
or until golden & crisp.
Poppy seeds & sesame seeds can also
be used with or without the salt.
Makes 20 - 30 crackers with each handful.
Serve with your favorite dip or cheese.
