Italian Bites - Cheese is the order of the day at 5 Ojo Inn Bed & Breakfast in Eureka Springs, Arkansas where fried ravioli stuffed with cheese and spiced breading will be served with marinara and homemade pesto sauce.  Guests can sip on non-alcoholic highland cooler and a two night stay in a Jacuzzi room also includes a three course gourmet breakfast, chilled champagne, seasonal fruit and cheese plate and two tickets to the Taste of the Inns tour. 

Roll Call - Round it out at 1908 Ridgeway House Bed & Breakfast Inn in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and get a bit of Mediterranean flavor with Greek olive pinwheels - stuffed tortilla with olives, cream cheese and olive oil.  Inn will also serve cheesy sausage balls, a baked ball of ground sausage and three different types of cheese and spices.  Wash it all down with a fun glass of Shirley Temple and listen to soothing jazz in the background.  A two night stay includes a full gourmet breakfast, two tickets to participating inns and two all day trolley passes. 

Hot Stuff - Mushrooms get a gourmet makeover at Main Street Inn in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.  Baked mushrooms are stuffed with mozzarella cheese filling, crab and shrimp and served alongside ham and cheese pinwheels rolled in cream cheese and ranch dressing on flatbread.  A virgin tequila sunrise adds a refreshing end to the tasting.  Stay overnight at the inn and excite your taste buds in the morning with a full gourmet breakfast, cheese, crackers and locally made chocolate truffles in the afternoon and two tour tickets to other participating inns.
