But what really set the Olallieberry apart was how warmly we were treated by Marjorie, Marilyn and Larry, and the whole Olallieberry staff. The Inn is located in the historic district of Apalachicola, established in 1831 at the mouth of the gently flowing Apalachicola River. Due to space limitation, we do have a few requirements in place to ensure the best possible service for you and your wedding guests.
For any type of function, we do require a two-night full house booking. The nightly rate for all 17 guest rooms is $5,700 plus tax (13%). The rate includes accommodation for up to 34 guests, a full Southern gourmet breakfast each morning and a selection of afternoon wine, coffee and hors d’oeuvres from 4:30-6 pm as well as homemade sweets, coffee and cordials from 8-10 pm.
We do require a one night deposit in order to guarantee the reservation and have a 120 day cancellation policy. Cancellation within 120 days of the day of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
The Gastonian has limited dining space, but can accommodate up to 22 guests for a formal sit-down dinner. For a more casual cocktail reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres, we can accommodate up to 35-50 people.

The Rookwood Inn is a perfect setting for small, intimate weddings and other celebrations. Imagine a ceremony in our Victorian pergola amidst our gardens, or in cooler weather, in front of a blazing fire or in the turret. Innkeeper is a Justice of the Peace and is available to perform a specially created ceremony just for you.
Most weddings are small events, up to 40 people. The couple, their families and friends, take over the inn for two nights. Upon arrival guests are treated to welcome refreshments. A rehearsal dinner may be served at the inn or at many of the fine restaurants in Lenox. The wedding is usually held the next day with a reception following either at the Inn or in one of the nearby restaurants.
The Innkeeper and Assistant Innkeeper are available to help you plan your dream wedding. Innkeeper, Amy Lindner-Lesser, is a Massachusetts licensed Justice of the Peace, and is available to officiate at your individually designed wedding. We can assist you with our knowledge of local resources for an officiant, florist, photographer, wedding cake, other essential service as well as any other special touches to make your wedding dreams come true. We have excellent relationships with the finest in the area ~ guaranteed to satisfy your tastes and budget.
Elopements and intimate weddings (less than 10 people) are available at all times and do not require a minimum stay. The Rookwood Inn is available for larger weddings and celebrations from the end of October through mid June.
Justice of the Peace, Amy Lindner-Lesser is available to perform your marriage at any Berkshire County location.

The Atwood House hosts afternoon weddings (conducted between 2 and 4:30 p.m.) for up to 40 guests at a cost of $300 plus sales tax. Weddings before 2 p.m. or after 4:30 p.m. are $375 plus sales tax and contracting party must also reserve all four suites (Atwood, Carriage House, Beals and Frank W. Little Suites) at the current rate.
Included in the charges are: use of the first floor for the gathering and wedding, up to forty (40) mahogany chairs, two (2) seven candle brass candelabra (candles not included), tables for guest book, unity candles and flowers. For afternoon wedding, two suites will be available as changing rooms.
Wedding Rules
Contracting party and services will coordinate with the Atwood House management for use of facilities.
Any furnishings moved must be moved by the Atwood House management.
No smoking in the house is strictly enforced.
No alcoholic beverages allowed.
No food is authorized.
Contracting party and/or other service providers (i.e. rented chairs, harpist, photographer, etc.) is/are responsible for removing their items immediately following the event, unless other arrangements are made with the Atwood House management.
Drip less candles must be used in the candelabras.

Our gardens, lawns and riverside decks and terraces provide a variety of locations for your ceremony, reception, luncheon or party. Inside, our dining room can comfortably seat about 20 people. The stylish and comfortable public rooms can handle a cocktail reception of up to fifty.
Voted "Best Romantic B&B" by New Hampshire magazine, Riverbend Inn is an ideal choice for any romantic occasion, and especially perfect for those who want an intimate event in a relaxed but elegant setting. Exchange your vows on a slate terrace at river's edge or in front of a roaring fire. Entertain your guests with a tented reception on the front lawn or on the deck overlooking the river. We are happy to work with you to make your special day come true.
For larger weddings and events, we require that all ten rooms of the inn be rented; on weekends there is a two night minimum. If you like, we can arrange to bill your guests directly for their rooms if you choose not to pay for them yourself. There is a facilities fee of $1200, half of which is a non-refundable deposit ($600) which will reserve the inn for you and your guests.

Indoor seating capabilities are: Dining Room - 32; Library - 8. The Main Parlor can accommodate 40 seated for a small wedding. Indoor Rehearsal Dinners, Ceremonies and Receptions can be arranged in these rooms. Our outdoor Ceremony and Reception locations can accommodate up to 300 people. The Patio seats 64 comfortably for a reception. Ample parking is available.
All outdoor events exceeding 64 persons require rental of an appropriate size tent or canopy. Applicable charges will also be added for rental items (tent/canopy, bandstand, tables, table cloths, chairs, dance floor, china, glassware, silverware, etc.). We can provide an estimate.
We provide our brides with a complete "recommended" vendor list that includes caterers, florists, photographers, wedding cake vendors, Ministers or Wedding Celebrants, musicians, and other services. We are happy to assist you with making arrangements.
