The Villas at Xanadu are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. This nicely appointed villa is one you will want to enjoy year after year and has been completely renovated from top to bottom! The updated accommodation features all new flooring throughout, new furnishings, new cabinets along with new counters and appliances. The spacious layout has an open design that can accommodate family gatherings having plenty room for all. The fully equipped kitchen features all new stainless appliances and custom cabinets. Counters topped in quartz make for great durability and hassle-free maintenance. You will find that everything in this kitchen is brand new right down to the utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. . The Dining Room area has a large table with seating for 8. This space opens to a very large Living Room that has comfortable seating and a large wall mounted television. There is a private balcony off the Living Room area. The Master Bedroom with a King bed has a private bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a King size bed and private bath. The third bedroom with balcony access has two Queen size beds and a private bath. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
