About The Property
The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. Completely remodeled, 409 Ocean Dunes has an outstanding oceanfront view on Hilton Head's best beach. Equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation, the villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full size kitchen (watch the dolphins swim as you cook!) and a combined living and dining room. Wireless Internet is also provided. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds and there us a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Televisions in living and bedrooms have built in DVD players. Off the living room is a nicely furnished balcony providing the perfect setting for outdoor dining or watching the sun rise. Ocean Dunes is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Ocean Dunes is an oceanfront property situated about 70 yards from the ocean. The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset. Guests enjoy access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks. **Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months** **Call for daily rates & availability, some restrictions may apply**

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
