The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. This villa offers WIRELESSS INTERNET, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full size kitchen, living and dining area are combined. The bedding would offer a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin size beds in the guest bedroom as well as a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a 50" TV in the living room and each bedroom has a 32" TV. Off the living room is a balcony which offers a side view of the ocean to the right. You’ll find Ocean Dunes located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Ocean Dunes is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service. The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset. Guests have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
