Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 44 days before check-in, they'll get back 75%. If you cancel with 29 days or less, no refund will be issued. CUSTOMER GUARANTEE, we will refund all money paid minus $100 processing fee if we can rebook the unit if canceled with less than 29 days before check-in.
