About The Property
The Villas at Xanadu are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.. This second floor nicely decorated 3 Bedroom, 2 and 1/2 Bathroom condo in the Xanadu Villa complex has views of the courtyard. The large condo has a King bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third. The Living Room, King Bedroom and the Twin Bedroom each have new flat screen televisions. The villa has new hardwood flooring throughout and a well stocked fully equipped kitchen with all full sized appliances. Just across the street from the beach, Xanadu Villas is a short distance from shopping, local restaurants and activities. **Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
