Washer/Dryer are shared with another unit (these appliances are located downstairs). This is a great place for all of us budget-minded people. Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. This is a NON-SMOKING bungalow.
