Please be aware that with the close proximity to Broadway there will be ambient noise in the units that we can not control. The apartments looks over 2nd Ave and are steps from Broadway and The Wild Horse Saloon. 4 blocks from the Bridgestone Area, a short walk over the Shelby Street Bridge to Nissan Stadium, and 5.5 blocks to the Music City Conference Center. These are historic apartments. Meaning that they are a bit larger than typical downtown apartments. You MUST be able do have a flight of stairs to the unit and no elevator (roughly 20 stairs). Come with all the following amenities: memory foam mattresses, full kitchen, Starter pack of needed toiletries, linens, hairdryer, and coffee maker. The room is presented in modern furnishings with exposed brick and full large windows that look out over 2nd Avenue. Despite this, the unit is the closest and most convenient option, equipped with everything you need for an ideal party weekend in Nashville, TN. While Dyer strives for great reviews and memories, the building has a lot of character, units are set up as efficiencies, and it is not a hotel. You will want to stay here because of the proximity to everything downtown.
