Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: TEN35 Seaside offers a full refund (excluding a $125 cancellation fee) as long as you provide timely, written notice. Notice must be provided 60 days in advance of stays less than 14 days and 60 days in advance of 14+ day stays. To cancel a reservation, notify TEN35 Seaside as soon as possible. Initial notice by phone is acceptable, but follow-up in writing is required; email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable as written notice. For canceled reservations with a check-in date more than 30 days
