Located just under 2 miles from the shops of downtown Vermilion and just under a mile to a smaller public beach at the end of Minnie Wawa St this cottage keeps you close to everything Vermilion has to offer! Key Details: * Property is a cozy 450 sqft with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a pullout couch in the living room. * Bathroom features a tub/shower combo and plenty of towels for your stay. * Kitchen is fully stocked with all that is needed to cook delicious meals or just put together a quick snack. * Keurig and K-Cups provided for your convenience. * Small dining table with 4 chairs. * Smart TV in the living room is in Guest Mode so you can easily sign into all of your streaming services. * Small backyard with seating and small fire pit (wood not provided). Showse Park, approximately a mile away, offers convenient parking and benches to watch beautiful sunsets. * The thrills of Cedar Point Amusement park are approximately 30 minutes away. You'll have access to the entire space. My wife and I live about 30 minutes away and will not bother you during your stay. If you need anything - we are available to help as needed, of course. Our cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to area highways that will make it easy to get around. You can easily take day trips to Sandusky or Port Clinton and hop on a ferry to visit the islands of Lake Erie or head east to Cleveland for a day in the city visiting the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame or taking in a Cleveland sporting event. We are also only about 30 minutes to Cedar Point, Kalahari and Sports Force Park. We are less than 2 miles to downtown Vermilion full of shopping, dining and a beach. We are also less than a mile to a beach at the end of Minnie Wawa St which is open to the public. Just beside it is Linwood Park which has a large, private sandy beach which you can access for a fee (contact Linwood Park directly to inquire about day passes). Route 6 is just a few houses away from our cottage and will serve as an easy route to get anywhere you'd like to go. Driveway is partially shared with the neighbor but provides ample space for your vehicle. There is 38 feet from the very end of the driveway to the street - plenty of room for a smaller boat trailer.
