Everything was meticulously designed for comfort and traveling families ~ Living Room: Electric Fireplace / Roku TV / Ceiling Fan / AC / Disco Ball ~ First Floor Bedroom: King bed / Ceiling Fan / AC/ Roku TV ~ Second Floor Bedroom : Two Twin Beds / Ceiling Fan / AC ~ Second Floor Master Bedroom : King Bed / Work desk / Ceiling Fan / AC/ Roku TV ~ Game Room : Nintendo Switch / Pac Man Arcade / Ping-pong / Connect 4 / Ring toss / Board Games ~ Pack-n-play, High Chair, Plastic plates and cups ~~ COMMUNITY AMMENITIES~~ Charge is $12/day per guest ~ 4 outdoor pools ~ 3 clubhouses ~ 2 lakes ~ 1 swimming beach ~ Multiple playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, ball fields ~~FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS~~ VERY IMPORTANT: -Gated community will only allow entry with PRINTED vehicle registration and valid driver's license. No digital versions or photocopies. -All paperwork must be filled out 2 days prior to check-in -They are very strict on this rule and will deny entry WHO CAN STAY: -Guest booking must be 25+ -Can sleep 6 comfortably -No pets allowed PARKING: -Driveway can fit 2 cars CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: -We are happy to accommodate early check in and late check out if the schedule allows. Our cleaner needs adequate time to properly clean and disinfect each turn -Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $100/hr SMOKING/DRUGS/FIREWORK -Not allowed -Extra cleaning charge and air purification fee will be $500 if there is smoke in the house FIREPIT -Firewood is not provided. -Please pay attention to any Burn Ban that may be in effect PESTS and BUGS -We subscribe to monthly pest control -POCONOS is surrounded by water and vegetation. BUGS are smaller than door/window mesh. One of the BEST defense is to not leave doors/windows open and invite insects into the air-conditioned interior otherwise they WILL enter. SECURITY CAMERA -We have a ring camera. Ring cameras are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time -We do not have the time nor the interest in routinely monitoring the camera. Guests should not rely solely on this camera for security as it is not routinely monitored. Please continue to practice common sense safety actions such as closing and locking doors. -There are no cameras inside the house or in any private areas because that is creepy REFUNDS -You will be asked to leave early with no refunds if parties are held or unauthorized pets are snuck in
