Home also includes free wireless internet access and features new carpeting in all bedrooms as well as the den.Other things to note: *BOAT LIFT NOT AVAILABLE* Boats may be parked in a driveway on a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property.
