Our neighborhood is rapidly seeing an influx of investment & revitalization! Our street is a mix of brand new remodels, homes that haven't been remodeled since the 60s, and empty lots. It's a safe area with little traffic on foot or otherwise. We're only ~5 blocks from East Ohio St., with lots of bars & restaurants, ~7 blocks from Penn Brewery, and ~10 minutes walk to the Strip District, just across the bridge! We recommend Uber or Lyft for navigating Pittsburgh (or walking of course!) - with our geography, it's one of the most challenging cities in the US to drive in! Parking in our area is free, and easy, with spots usually available directly out front of our house or always in the free parking lot across the street.
