Counter seating along with a dedicated dining area has plenty of seating for all for family/friends' dinner or game nights. Comfortable home has fast internet, 4 Smart TVs with Hulu and Disney Plus included or stream your own services. Stocked laundry room with washer/dryer, iron, steamer and supplies included for your convenience. Main floor Bedroom #1 has queen bed, nightstands, 55" smart TV, roomy closet with hangers and luggage rack. This bedroom is next to the downstairs full hall bath and can serve a second master or grandparents' room. Second floor Bedroom #2 has queen bed, two nightstands and a portable crib for the little one. Roomy closet with hangers & luggage rack also contains two baby gates for the stairs, highchair, crib bedding and baby bath supplies. Second floor bedroom #3 is The Bunkhouse with two sets of XL Twin's over Queen bed bunks. Perfect hangout for the kids or friends with 55" smart TV, dresser, books, games, DVD's and player. Master bedroom upstairs has luxury king bed, nightstands, 55" smart TV, dresser, walk in closet with hangers and luggage rack. Attached master bath has double sinks and walk in shower. There is another full hall bath on second floor. There is parking for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway.  Location, location, location! Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores. Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we’re always just a phone call away.
