Welcome to Seaside Villas 116!! The Villas at Seaside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.. This villa is a 1st floor one bedroom, one-bath villa with a fully equipped kitchen; living and dining areas are combined. The open bedroom features a Perfect Sleeper Queen Bed (2024), and two nightstands with reading lamps. Two bunk beds open up to the bedroom, which are suitable for smaller children. Seaside Villas is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, and is close walking distance to Coligny Plaza which has many great shops and restaurants as well as the new Celebration Park. Seaside Villas is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. **Call for daily rates & availability, some restrictions may apply**

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
